At Retro 92.1 we love to conduct contests! Here are a few rules to keep in mind as we open up the Retro 92.1 phone lines for more winning more often!

1. The winners exclusion period is 45 days for prizes valued at less than $250.00 and 90 days for prizes of $250.00 or more. Exclusion from one level does not affect the other. Exclusion applies to winners, their immediate families and their households.

2. All prizes are non-transferable.

3. Winners are responsible for all taxes, fees, registration costs associated with the prizes.

4. All entrants must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible to win.

5. Employees of Retro 92.1, ESPN 1390 & FM97.1 The Point, Walk FM, Big Country 99, Cruizin1030, C98.3 and Sam FM are not eligible to win contests.

6. Sponsor of Retro 92.1, ESPN 1390 & FM97.1 The Point, Walk FM, Big Country 99, Cruizin1030, C98.3 and Sam FM are not eligible to win contests.

7. Valuation of prizes are based on retail costs.

8. Prizes must be redeemed within 30 days or less, if specified, or they may be forfeited and become the property of Retro 92.1

9. We must file the names of all winners of prizes worth $600.00 or more with the Internal Revenue Service.

10. Substations of any kind for published prizes in Retro 92.1 Contests are not allowed.

11. WYVK.com website contest registrations are limited to one per day per person.

12. Retro 92.1 reserves the right with just cause to disqualify any individual from participating in any contest or promotion which includes, but is not limited to contest rules, violations, misrepresentation of age, household or identity, inappropriate language or behavior, inappropriate or disrespectful conduct.

13. No contests are permitted on the Retro 92.1 Facebook.
