On September 5, 2023, Positive Radio Group, Inc. of Ohio, licensee of Radio Stations WYVK-FM 92.1 at Middleport, Ohio, WMPO-AM 1390 at Middleport-Pomeroy, Ohio and W260DF 99,9 at Athens, Ohio, filed an application with the Federal Communications Commission (“FCC”) for an assignment of the WYVK, WMPO and W260DF licenses to Jackson County Broadcasting, Inc.
